The hidden car finance commission scandal – what you need to know

The FCA uncovered widespread mis-selling in car finance, where many agreements included hidden "discretionary commission" payments to salespeople.
These commissions gave dealers an incentive to charge higher interest rates - at your expense.
This practice was banned by the FCA, but it affected around 40% of PCP and HP finance deals between 2007 and 2020.
Eligible customers could receive around £829 per agreement on average as estimated by the FCA’s compensation scheme.
The FCA expects around £7.5 billion to be paid back to affected motorists.
If you had car finance during this time - especially multiple agreements - you could be owed £THOUSANDS*.

If you had car finance between 2007 and 2020, check now to see if you may qualify for a refund.
